Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns:
• ACCESSORIES (such as Microfiber Hair Towels, Wet and Dry hair brushes and Soft Silicone Scalp Massagers) are eligible for return if they are in their original, unopened packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• HAIR CARE PRODUCTS (such as shampoos, conditioners, and any products containing liquid) are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Request a Return:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’d be happy to replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Final Sale Items:
Gift cards, promotional items, and items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
